WHAT I DO EVERY DAY THAT BRINGS IN HALF-A-MILLION DOLLARS PER YEAR

If you want to be good at anything, you need to practice. It doesn’t happen overnight - you don’t get to be the best at what you do if you don’t first TRY, and then PERFECT what you do. Practice. On repeat. Day after freakin’ day, forever and ever. 

This applies to EVERYTHING.

To money.
To a super hot bod. 
To a fantastic relationship. 
To incredible health. 
To perfect, soulmate clients.
To the most amazing friends.
To freedom.
To business. 
To your ideal lifestyle.

Practice = improvements = success.

Obviously “success” is gonna look different to everyone, so first off, clearly define what it means to YOU, and then, start practicing and getting really good at the stuff you want to be good AT. 

I spend every day doing a lot of the same stuff, on repeat, getting better and better each day that I do it. Learning more every time I step up, take the action, do the work, lean into it. 

It’s how I’ve become so good at selling.
It’s how I’ve called in the best friendships I’ve had in years.
It’s how I’ve written books and blogs and programs and emails (and more still!).
It’s how I’ve manifested over a million dollars online in less than 3 years. 

It’s how I do errrrythang. 

Practice. 

I spend time DAILY doing the work that matters. 

Wanna know what I do every day? The stuff that really moves the needle and makes a HUGE impact in getting the SUCCESS I choose in life? 

Each day looks a little something like this: 

4am-6am: Wake-up (the time varies, but is usually around 5am)
6am-8am: Journal, Read, Write my blog/email/post for the day
8am-10am: Exercise, meditate (if I didn’t do it earlier), sales activity, money tracking & wealth up-leveling
10am-12pm: Engage with my peeps (client calls, messaging clients, social media engagement), more sales activity
12pm-3pm: Lunch, content creation/planning (usually for new paid or free offers), prepping for events, ocassional client call etc.
3pm-5pm: Time with kids (more of this earlier in the day during summer!), follow-up, catch-up tasks, social media engagement
5pm-8pm: Family time, upload Instagram story (I usually take photos/videos throughout the day and upload them all at once to save time), minimal time online
8pm-9pm: Get ready for bed, sleep long and hard (ideally)

So every day I: 

  • Write.
  • Sell. 
  • Engage. 
  • Up-Level.
  • Work on my relationship with money.
  • Work on my mindset. 
  • Take care of my body. 
  • Spend time with my family. 

Every day I do these things, which means every day I get better and better at each of them. I PRACTICE, and I GET BETTER every damn day because I CHOOSE to. 

Of course, not EVERY day looks like that, and most definitely not always during those exact timeframes. But I do the same THINGS every day. I chose what was important to me and I gave each thing attention every day and let me just say… it has made a WORLD of difference around how life feels. 

I am EXCITED to wake up and “get to work” every day. 

I am EXCITED to show up and do it all.

I am EXCITED to serve and to lead and to give and to BE. 

There is no longer any plan to follow, there is no script I need to read from, there is no strategy I need to implement. Just choose what’s important, and focus on it every day. Give it time, give it attention, and watch it improve, over and over, better and better each day.

It’s time to draw a line in the sand, [First Name]: 

What are you going to STOP doing (maybe just for right now, maybe forever) because it’s keeping you from doing what you know you MUST be doing (because it lights up your world and makes you giddy just thinking about it)?

What do you need to let go of and release, in order to attract what it is you actually WANT?

It’s time to say YES to you. 

Say YES to your desires. 

Say YES to your freakin’ soul. 

And take the action necessary (which will COME TO YOU once you learn how to say YES to what you are feeling the PULL to say yes to!). 

And then? And then you practice, baby! Over and over and over until you GET it. Until it feels right and perfect and OMG YES. Which, in the process, will also still feel pretty freakin’ amazing because it’s what you were being guided to do. 

In order words: 

Stop doing what you think you SHOULD do and start doing what you’re feeling CALLED to do (which actually IS what you should do, ha!). 

You have so much damn power inside of you to live the life that you want. You can have unlimited money, be completely and totally free and safe in your world, have a super hot relationship with your dream partner, make an incredible impact in the world, have CHOICE in where you live, what you eat, what you do, and who you do it with…

Trust yourself. Pay attention to the nudges. Act on them. 

Say YES to your desires, even if it feels scary.
Say YES to your desires, even if it feels crazy and unrealistic. 
Say YES to your desires, even if it feels “irresponsible”. 

Say YES to your desires, to what your SOUL is begging you for, and you’ll find that when you do so, everything falls perfectly into your place in your life. 

The money flows more easily.
The body you want for yourself manifests before your eyes (even though you don’t diet and just eat whatever you want). 
The home you’ve been searching for appears out of nowhere and is available.
The soulmate clients come to YOU and ask to hire you. 
The opportunities are EVERYWHERE. 
The ABUNDANCE is everywhere. 

All that you want could be yours, now, if you just simply acknowledged it, asked for it, and took daily aligned action toward having it. 

What do you want? What do you want to get better at? What do you want to improve drastically? State it. Claim it as done. Ask yourself what your perfect next step is. TAKE THE STEP. Continue taking the step, so long as it continues to feel good and right. Practice, practice, practice - don’t stop. 

And finally?

You have what you want. 

You have the unlimited money. 
You have the perfect partner. 
You have the soulmate clients. 
You have the location-free business. 
You have the impact. 
You have the body. 
You have the health & well-being.
You have the lifestyle.

All because you decided, took action, practiced, and kept going, TRUSTING and BELIEVING in your damn self. 🙂
